1 and half Cup Bran Rich self raising flour2 eggs20 ml oil10 ml liquid sweetener1 fine grated carrot1 big apple grated100 gram fine nuts (own choice)salt1 t bakingpowder
Directions
Mix all together with milk or water until it is a muffin dough and bake 170 Celsius/ 250 fahrenheit until cooked,
Make 24 small muffins
