Ingredients
* Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped *Chicken of the Sea Light Tuna in water, 2 oz* Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded * Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup, chopped or sliced * Cucumber (peeled), .5 cup, pared, chopped * Green Pepper (bell pepper), 0.5 cup*Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices * Hidden Valley Light Ranch, 1 tbsp
Directions
Drain tuna. Cut up vegetables and mix into a large salad. Top with dressing. Enjoy!
