Ingredients
In a large bowl add and mix1 cup brown sugar1/4 cup egg beaters3 tbsp canola oil1 cup skim milk mixed with1 tbsp vinegar1/4 cup raisonsIn a second bowl add and mix1 cup whole wheat flour1 1/4 cup wheat bran1/4 cup ground flax seed1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds1/4 cup sk milk powder1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp gr. cloves1/8 tsp gr nutmeg1 tsp gr CinnamonMix each separately, then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until the dry ingredients disappear. The consistency should allow the mix to be "heaped" on a tablespoon to fill muffin cups. Cook for 20 minutes at 400 F. Makes 12 muffinsMakes 12 muffins
