Easy Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbsLow-fat cream of mushroom soup, divided1 large egg2 Garlic cloves - minced1/4 cup finely chopped onion1/2 cup chopped onion1-1/2 cups sliced mushroomsSaltPepperChili PowderParsley flakesBeef bouillon cube1/2 cup reduced fat sour creamOlive Oil Cooking Spray
Directions
Serving size - one steak with sauce, mushrooms & onions
Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup of the mushroom soup, egg, minced garlic, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, chili powder & parsley flakes. Form mixture into 6 oval patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Spray non stick skillet with olive oil cooking spray, saute onions & mushrooms and remove from skillet. Brown patties on each side in same skillet. Return mushrooms & onions to skillet. Add bouillon cube and 1 cup water, bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and cook for 30 - 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Before serving, stir in sour cream.
