All Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups All Bran cereal1 1/4 cup skim milk1/3 cup brown sugar2 egg whites1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup whole wheat or white flour1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Measure out the All Bran and add the brown sugar and the milk. Mix the applesauce and the egg whites together and add to the all bran mixture. Stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon together and add to the all bran mixture and mix well. Pour into 12 cup muffin tin that has been sprayed with non stick spray. Bake in 400 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes. Test with a cake tester. This recipe can be changed by using canned pumpkin or bananas or adding raisins and walnuts.
