MIni quiche

Ingredients
1 roll refrigerated pie crust6 eggs1/3 cup half and halfsalt and pepper to tasteFillings of your choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll out dough, and cut using 3-inch biscuit cutter. Place into greased muffin tin.
Mix eggs, half and half.
Place fillings in bottom of each cup, then fill with approx 1/4 egg mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes.
