Cheezy Mac Dinner

Ingredients
1 lb. Box elbow macaroni1 med onion, choppedOlive oil1 lb. Ground beef substitute28 oz. jar pasta sauce¼ c. fresh grated parmesean cheese
Directions
Cook the pasta. Saute the onion in a little oil then add the meat and cook over med-high heat until done. Drain any oil, then add salt and pepper to taste. In a large saucepan, combine the sauce, cheese and the beef mixture and bring to a simmer. Add the pasta, turn off the heat and let sit 5-10 min before serving.
