Ruth's 14 bean soup

Ingredients
1 *Hillshire farm Lite Smoked Sausage, 14 oz1 Hurst's HamBeens 15 bean soup dry (1/2 cup serving), 16 serving3 Quarts water1.5 cup diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat)1 10 oz can *Rotel Diced tomatoes & green chilies1 can Crushed Tomatoes, 794 grams3 tsp chilli powder1 cup chopped Onions, raw4 tsp Garlic
Directions
In a crockpot place 3 quarts water and rinsed beans. Cook on high until beans are almost tender (around 8-10 hrs). Add remaining ingredients and seasoning pack that came with bean soup mix. Cont. to cook on high for 30 minutes more untill beans are done.
Makes 16 one cup searvings.
