Baked Okinawan Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
2 medium okinawan sweet potatoes (about 3 cups--cut lengthwise into 1/3 inch strips)1 1/3 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon ground cumin1/2 teaspoon chili powder1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450

2. In mixing bowl, combine ingredients. Mix to evenly coat strips.

3. Place potato strips onto sheet (allow space between strips for even cooking).

4. Bake for 15 minutes or until potatoes become crispy--turning every 5 to 7 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
