Weight Watcher Original BagelLight Cream Cheese (2 tbsp)1 slice of your favorite cheese (the recipe has American for calorie purposes)honey mustard Brocco Sprouts (alfalfa sprouts)2 slices of cucumber halved3-4 pieces of delit fresh chicken breast
Toast your bagel, then spread 1 oz of cream cheese on each half. Add the honey mustard on one side, and the cheese and turkey, sprouts, and the four halves of the cucumber slices on the other. Put together, cut in half, and enjoy!
