Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 2 lb Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cupsOnions, raw, 1 smallMushrooms, canned, 113 grams (4 oz)Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 4 can (14 oz)*Flour, white, .5 cup Butter, salted, 3 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
Directions
Put butter in very large sauce pan. Heat on medium, put in chopped onion, green peppers, mushrooms and saute. Cut London Broil into small chunks, add adolf's meat tenderizer and add to veggies. Open 4 cans of beef broth. Add 1/2 cup of flour to broth and mix, then add to the sauce pan. bring to a boil. cover, Reduce heat and Simmer.
