Mary's Pineapple Stirfry with Tofu

Ingredients
1 tbsp sesame oil1 tbsp peanut oil1 tbsp fish sauce1 tbsp oyster sauce1 tbsp pineapple juice1/2 cup no salt cashews4 slices pineapple1/2 cup yeri yeri1 cup shitake mushrooms1 cup bell pepper5 scallions1.25 cup bamboo1 package extra hard tofu2 garlic clovesginger
Directions
Heat oils and liquids in high heat in a wok
Put in minced ginger and garlic
Stir in veggies
Stir in tofu
Stir in cashews (and anything else)
sprinkle with coriander and hot spices (as desired)
