Vegan Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
2 tablespoons cocoa 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup organic sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon vinegar 5 tablespoons cooking oil 1 cup water
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients into a bowl and then the wet into another. Slowly add the dry into the wet little by little while stirring. Mix or whisk thoroughly until there are no lumps. Pour into an 8 inch greased cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

(I used an 8x8 square pan and got 16 2x2 inch servings.)

Great with caramel or mocha icing! Or add instant coffee grounds to make a mocha cake.
