Banana and Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
* Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) * Brown Sugar, .75 cup, unpacked * Egg, fresh, 1 medium * Butter, salted, 50 grams * *Wholemeal Self Raising Flour, 1.5 cup * Baking Powder, 1 tsp * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp * Milk Chocolate Candy, .8 cup chips
Directions
mash banana,
add sugar, melted butter and beaten egg and mix
mix in sifted four, baking powder and baking soda
add Chocolate chips if desired
distribute to muffin forms (12)
bake at 375-400F for 20 mins
let sit a couple of minutes before turning out.
