Slow Cooker Spaghetti Squash Italiano

Ingredients
1 large spaghetti squash halved seeds removed4 Itallan tomatoes chopped1 tsp oreganosmall can sliced black olivessalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place cleaned spaghetti squash both halves peel side down, cavity side up in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon into center of each half of squash. Cook 6-8hrs on low or 3-4 hours on high till tender. Cut each half in half..using a fork pull the strands of squash away fron skin onto a plate. Top with Parmesan cheese and basil.

    This was the 1st time I made this recipe. When I got everything set up in the slow cooker it did'nt work. I had to bake it and I over cooked it so if you decide to do this in the oven watch your cooking time. I will make it again and not over cook it - 10/25/10
