Four table spoons of Shake and Bake extra crispy. One chicken breast no bone or skin also two chicken tenders cut the same way will work. One white or wheat hamburger bun broiled with one table spoon of butter. Top chicken with 4 pickels.
Add chicken breast to bag and mix desired amount of shake n' bake topping ,about 4 table spoons , to bag and shake until mix is stuck to chicken. Bake on 400 for 15-20 min. After chicken is cooked spread butter on tops and bottom of hamburger bun and broil both sides until golden. Add chicken to bun and top evenly with 4 pickel slices. You can use either white or wheat buns both taste just like the best fried chicken sandwich but with half the fat !!! ENJOY
