75-Calorie Super Simple French Toast

Ingredients
1 slice Orowheat Reduced Calorie Wheat Bread (40 calorie slice)1-2 tbsp buttermilk (or regular milk)2 tbsp Egg Beaters1 tsp cinnamonIdeal No Calorie Sweetener, to taste (optional if adding additional sweetener on top of the toast)
Directions
Lightly coat a skillet with cooking spray. Whisk together the Egg Beaters, buttermilk, cinnamon, and ideal. Dredge the slice of bread in the egg mixture and add to the skillet, cooking on medium-high heat until nicely browned on either side. Top with Better 'n Chocolate Pudding (see my other recipe!), fruit, or leave plain. Enjoy!
