Cheryl's BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
Part I:3 T lemon juice6 T onion chopped1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepperdash Tabasco sauce1/4 cup peanut oil6 Tablespoons waterPart II:1 6 oz can Contadina Tomato paste1 Teaspoon dry mustard3 Tablespoon Nature's Hollow syrup3 Tablespoons worchestershire sauce
Directions
for Part I Cook onion in hot oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes

Mix Part II with Part 1 and simmer a few minutes for finishing sauce. May blender to make a smooth sauce.

Makes 20 - 2 Tablespoon servings.
