Carol's Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped1 T Mayonaise1/2 T Mustard1/8 t horseradish saucedash saltpepper and paprika to taste2 slices Carol's homemade 1/2 whole wheat bread
Directions
Combine all ingredients except bread. Spread on one slice of bread. Top with other slice.
Makes one sandwich.
