De-lish Egg Salad

Ingredients
2 Whole Hard Boiled Eggs6 Hard Boiled Egg Whites6 Dill Pickle Slices1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Light4 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard2 Tbsp. Nonfat MilkBlack Pepper to taste
Directions
Hard Boil 8 Eggs. Dice all egg whites & Place in bowl. Mix together 2 of the hard boiled egg yolks, Miracle Whip, Pickles, Mustard and Pepper to taste. Add milk to extend the amount of sauce/dressing. Add mixture to diced egg whites together. Serve on half a whole wheat english muffin.
