Grilled Buffalo Potato Wedges

Ingredients
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted (use Smart Balance light for this recipe)1 t. cider vinegar or white vinegar3 to 4 teaspoons red pepper sauce (Tobasco)1/2 teaspoon salt4 unpeeled medium potatoes (about 1-1/4 lb)1 cup blue cheese dressing (optional - this recipe does not inculde this for nutritional values)
Directions
Melt butter or margarine, mix with vinegar, pepper sauce and salt. Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges. Brush potatoes with melted butter mixture and grill (or bake) until tender. Makes 4 servings
