Tahena's Broccoli & Cauliflower Casserole with Quinoa

Ingredients
7 cloves of garlic - chopped5 small onions - roughly chopped3 cups sliced carrots5 cups of broccoli5 cups of cauliflower1 1/4 cup dried quinoa5 tablespoons of light cream cheese2 cups of almond milk4 cups of water
Directions
Using a rather large electric frying pan, or roasting pan in an oven, coat bottom with olive oil, toss in chopped garlic, onions and carrots. Sautee for a few minutes. Add your cauliflower, broccoli and quinoa and 4 cups of water.

Cook on 300F or medium oven until quinoa is done, add more water if need be.

Put almond milk and cream cheese in a blender and liquify. Add black pepper, and any other spices you like.

Pour over cooking food, and mix together. let simmer for 10 min.
