Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)*Great Value American Cheese Slices (1 slice), 4 serving (remove)Martha White Buttermilk Biscuit Mix, dry, 8 serving (remove)Milk, 1%, .75 cup (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)*Pepper, white, .5 tsp (remove)Mustard seed, yellow, .25 tsp (remove)Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 3 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") (remove)
Directions
mix biscuit and milk

place in 8 muffin cups

scatter chopped ham over 8 biscuits

place half a slice of cheese on each bisuit

blend egg, salt, pepper, mustard; pour a little over each biscuit

baked @ 425 for about 15 mins
