Ingredients
1 c whole wheat flour1 cup plain cornmeal 2 eggs1/4 c applesauce, 1 c buttermilk 1/2 c water 4 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt.
Directions
mix dry ingredients... mix wet ingredients together, combine wet and dry, place in greased pan. Bake at 425 degrees for approx 25 minutes or until top is browned.
