Ingredients
whole head of garlic3 lbs 90% chop beef3 - 12 oz can tomato sauce5 -1 lb, 12 oz can crushed tomato3 tbsp oregano6 tbsp sweet basil14 tbsp sugar - more or less to taste
Directions
brown meat & garlic - drain
add all other ingredients except sugar
simmer 6 hours, Add sugar as needed.
