you need skewers pack of teriyaki sauce or your grilling seasoning 4oz chicken3oz beef1 white or red onion20 or so mushrooms20 or so garlic cloves20 or so small red potatos cut in halves
1.Make Teriyaki per package directions
2.Soak skewers so they wont burn
3.Cut up chicken and beef into 1x1 inch chunks and put in marinade
4.Cut up onion in 1 inch chunks
5.Cut up baby red potato in halves
6.Peel garlic cloves
7.remove mushroom stems slice larger in halves
8.Skewer items randomley
9.Have grill ready for bbq
10.Grill kabobs about 20-30 min on low-med heat until the potatos are soft.
