Crepes w/ Berries and Cream Creese

Ingredients
3 cups egg beaters3 cups flour1 cup milkpinch of salt12 oz reduced fat cream cheese1/2 cup nonfat sour cream1/4 cup sugar4 tbs lemon juice
Directions
mix egg beaters, flour, milk and salt in blender. Heat nonstick pan and add 1/3 cup of mixture. Spread mixture along bottom of pan until in thin layer. Cook until done like you would a pancake.

Top with fresh fruit.
