Sloppy Chicken Tacos (Crockpot)

Ingredients
2 lb Skinless/boneless chicken breast1 - 28 oz can diced tomatoes1- 4 oz can diced green chilies16 - 6 inch soft flour tortillas5 small green onions diced8 oz sour creamshredded lettuce / cheese / tomatoes / salsa for garnish (these items are not in the totals)
Directions
Place chicken, tomatoes, chilies, onions, in crock-pot and cover. Turn on crock to low / timed for 6 hours. After 6 hours shred breast and mix. Turn crock to warm and stir in sour cream. Warm tortillas and fill each tortilla with about 1/3 cup chicken mixture and top with your favorite taco toppings.

1 serving = 2 tacos (very filling and satisfying)
