Marinara with mushrooms

Ingredients
1 medium onion, diced1 stalk celery, diced2 cloves garlic, minced2 tbsp olive oil1 (28 oz) can Diced tomatoes1 tbsp Italian seasoning (to taste) 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes (to taste)1/4 tsp salt1 bay leaf1/2 c water2 c sliced mushrooms
Directions
Saute onion, celery and garlic in olive oil in pressure cooker. Add tomatoes, water, seasonings and salt. Bring to pressure and cook 10 minutes. Add tomato paste. Saute mushrooms in a bit of olive oil, add to sauce. Serve over pasta by itself, with Parmesan, shrimp, sausage, or whatever. Makes about 6 cups of sauce, 1 cup per serving.
