Chicken & broccoli in white wine sauce

1 lb Chicken Breast, diced1.5 Tbsp EVOO.5 c onion, dicedBroccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz).5 c White Wine1.5 c low sodium low fat chicken brothSalt, 0.5 tspPepper, black, 0.25 tspPoultry seasoning, 0.5 tsp1.5 Tbsp cornstarch4 c Brown rice pasta (or other pasta/rice of choice)
1. Cook pasta or rice as directed
2. heat EVOO, season diced chicken with S&P & poultry seasoning (or other seasoning of choice, I also like italian seasoning). Cook until chicken is nice & brown
3. add diced onion and thawed broccoli to pan with chicken, saute for a few minutes
4. Add white wine and 1 cup of chicken broth, cook until liquid is simmering.
5. mix the cornstarch with the remaining .5 c chicken stock, add to chicken mixture. Stir frequently until sauce has thickened.
6. Serve over pasta/rice
