Mustard Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken thighs2 TB mustard (whatever flavor you like)1/2-1 cup Special K cereal1 tsp salt1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Makes 2 servings of about 1.5 thighs

Combine cereal, salt and garlic powder in baggie
Crush cereal and shake up baggie
Coat chicken thighs in mustard
Add chicken thighs to baggie and coat in mixture
Put on roasting pan and bake for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is not pink in the center.
