low cal high protein vanilla coffee shake

Ingredients

1 serving vanilla protein powder (I use Aria from Trader Joe's)1 tsp instant coffee crystals (again - I use TJ's)1 tbsp sugar free vanilla syrup (like Torani)1/4 - 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (do not skip!)1/4 tsp vanilla extractice (~5 cubes)1 cup water
*DO NOT skip the xanthan gum! You could use guar gum or another thickener, but this is what makes the shake so thick and creamy!
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend away until smooth and delicious. :)
I do not use sweetener other than 1 tbsp of the torani syrup, because I really like the coffee flavor. Feel free to increase the vanilla syrup or add other sweetener of choice, but don't forget to add that into your nutritionals!
