Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 16 oz (remove)Ground beef, lean, 14 oz (remove)*Sauce, Pasta Sauce, Ragu Chunky Garden Style, Tomato, Basil and Italian Cheese, 8 serving (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Black Olives, 8 jumbo (remove)*Pineapple, canned, .5 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks (remove)Pepperoni, 1 slice (1-3/8" dia x 1/8" thick) (remove)
Preheat oven to 400. Brown ground beef, onions and peppers. Add pizza sauce, stir. Add drained mushrooms and olives. Heat. Cut french bread loaf in half length-wise. Spoon meat mixture over two halves of bread. Top with pepperoni, pineapple and cheese (or whatever toppings you choose - adjust calories accordingly). Bake in for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and turning lightly brown.
