Cinnamon Almond Cranberry Fiber Bars

Ingredients
190 Grams Almonds105 Grams Sunflower Seeds55 Grams Flaxseeds1.5 Cups Rolled Oats1 Cup Dried Cranberries0.5 Cup Golden Raisins2 Tbsp Cinnamon1 Tsp Nutmeg0.5 Tsp Cloves0.25 Cup Brown Sugar3 Tbsp Honey0.25 Cup Maple Syrup
Directions
1.Grind Almonds and Rolled Oats in food processor to a fine meal. Grind Sunflower seeds in food processor to a course meal.
2.Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. Then add Honey and Maple Syrup and stir with fork until all ingredients are lightly coated and a little sticky. Transfer to 9X13 lightly greased pan.
3.Bake at 275* until lightly toasted (about 1 hour). Let cool in pan, then cut into bars. Makes 18 bars
