Baked Buffalo Chicken Bites

Ingredients
3 (12 oz) Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless 1 tbsp Olive Oil 4 1/2 tsp Louisiana Chicken Wing SeasoningFrank’s RedHot Wings Sauce, Buffalo (Or sauce of your choice)
Directions
Makes 6 Servings

Cut the Chicken Breast into bite size chunks. Toss into a medium sized mixing bowl with the olive oil and wing seasoning. Mix until all pieces are coated evenly. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min, or until juices run clear.

Serve with Franks RedHot Wing sauce on the side. (or a Low Fat sauce of your choice.)
