Old Fashioned Custard

Ingredients
1 egg1/3 cup lowfat cottage cheesesplenda to taste - or a sweetener of choice that will bake2 T nonfat Milkpinch of nutmegpinch of vanilla power or drop of extract1/8 t grated orange peel
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender. Pour into a custard cup and place in a pan of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes to 30 minutes until set.
