1 lb. ground beef1 lb. bulk Italian pork sausage3/4 cup chopped onion2 eggs1 tbls. Worcestershire sauce1-1/2 tsp. dry mustard1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1-1/2 cups dry Italian bread crumbs1/4 tsp. garlic powder3/4 cup tomato juice1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
In a large mixing bowl combine the ground beef, bulk sausage, onion, eggs, and Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly. Add the dry mustard, salt, pepper, dry breadcrumbs, garlic powder and tomatio juice. Mix thoroughly.
Shape the meat into a loaf and place in a 9x5 baking pan. Pour the tomato sauce over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the meat loaf is done.
