Pork And Rice A L'Orange

Ingredients
4 Pork Chops2/3 c Rice1 c Water1 c Orange Juice1/2 c Apples,Chopped1/2 c Raisins2 T Splenda Brown Sugar1/4 t Cinnamon
Directions
makes 4 servings

In skillet, brown chops on both sides. Remove and set aside. In same skillet, cook rice in drippings until golden. Stir in water and orange juice. Bring to boiling. Stir in apples, raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon. Turn mixture into a 9x9x2 inch baking dish. Arrange chops on top. Bake, covered, in a 350 oven for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
