Mom's Tuna Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
1 lb box Elbow Macaroni3 to 4 small sweet peppers, diced (about 3 oz.)6 oz diced fresh tomato (I used 2 plums, but smaller varieties will work, too)1 can (5oz) Albacore tuna in water, drained1 1/2 cup Mayonaisse
Directions
Cook package of macaroni per instructions on box, then drain. While cooking noodles, dice tomatoes and peppers. Be Careful to remove the seeds from the peppers. Once pasta is drained, place all ingrediants in large bowl and mix well, then chill for at least two hours before serving. Best if covered. Makes about 12 1 cup servings
