Garlic - Lime Chicken (155 cal./serving)

1 t. salt3/4 t. pepper1/4 t. cayenne pepper1 t. garlic powder1/2 t. onion powder1/2 t. thyme4-6 chicken breast (for 6 servings)2 T. butter2 T. olive oil4 T. lime juice1/2 c. chicken broth
Blend six spices & sprinkle both sides of chicken.
Heat butter & oil in skillet - saute chicken, browning both sides.
Remove chicken. Add lime juice & broth to pan, wisking up browned bits. Cook until sauce reduces slightly.
Add chicken to pan, coating with sauce before serving.
Serve with garlic mashed potatoes or sweet potato and broccoli.
* I use 2 chicken breasts to serve 4 people. 4-6 chicken breasts would serve 6-12 people.
