Vegetarian lasagna with fake meat

Ingredients
9 lasagna noodles4 cups tomato sauce1 egg15 oz. ricotta cheese2 tsp. Italian seasoning1/4 cup Parmesan cheese2 cups bocca beef crumbles8 oz mozzarella cheese
Directions
Mix egg, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.

Coat bottom of pan with cooking spray and then sauce. Over pasta sauce layer 3 noodles, half the ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella cheese, and half of the beef crumbles. Cover with sauce. Repeat, layering second layer with last 3 noodles. Cover with sauce.

Cover with foil.

Bake at 375 degrees F. for 35 minutes. Remove foil. Bake another 10 minutes.

Let set 10 minutes before serving.

    Basic lasagna recipe- worked out well for me. I added some spinach to the layer to give it a little color and flavor. I would recommend the recipe. - 1/24/12
