Honey whole grain lunch buns

0.5 cup non fat milk1.5 cups water0.5 cup honey3 Tbsp margarine4.5 cups white flour2.5 cups whole grain flour2 Tbsp yeast50ml egg substitute2 tsp salt0.25 cup mashed or shredded zucchini
Heat milk, water, margarine and honey to 120F
In large bowl, combine 2 cups white flour, 1 cup whole grain flour, yeast, egg, salt and warmed milk mixture. Mix until well blended.
Add in zucchini.
Gradually add in rest of flours to form a stiff dough.
Knead for 5 to 10 mins until dough is satiny smooth.
Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top.
Cover and let rise till double (about 30 minutes)
Punch down and shape into 20 equal pieces.
Place on greased cookie sheet s, cover and let rise as oven warms to 350F
Bake for 15 mins at 350F
Cool before storing.
Yields 20 4" diameter, buns suitable for lunches.
