Seafood Chowder

Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter1/4 cup All purpose Flour4 Potatos1 cup Cheese6 ozs Shrimp6 ozs Scallops2 cups Milk2 cups Water
Directions
Makes 8- 1 cup recipe.

Melt butter in pan, add flour, mix- then add your 2 cups of water- stir all together. Add your potato cubes (about 2 cups) bring to boil, then set at low-medium for about 30 minutes until potatos are tender. Then add cheese,melt! After melted add shrimp and scallops until cooked.

    I made this for dinner tonight and it was great! I didn't have scallops, so I substitued imitation crab meat but it was still good. I also reduced the cheese to one-half cup and used skim milk to lower the calories a little bit. - 11/25/08
