Hot Curry Noodles

Ingredients
1 tsp Sugar2 tbsp Water1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce1 tbsp Oyster Sauce2 tsp Curry Powder1/4 package Dry Wheat Noodles3 tbsp Peanut OilChopped green/red/yellow peppers for garnish
Directions
Combine the first 5 ingredients and set aside. Cook the noodles as directed, rince and drain.

Heat a pan large enough to stir noodles. Add peanut oil and noodles, stirring until they are well coated. Add sauce mixture and stir until hot. Garnish with peppers and serve on a heated platter.
