3 oz cooked chicken breastlettuce leaf1 tbsp sweet baby rays bbq sauce (or any one you like)2 tsp of lite mayo (hellmans)1 hard round roll
In small bowl mix mayo and bbq sauce. Cut roll in half and spread mixture on one side add chicken and lettuce top with other half of the roll and Enjoy!! Makes one serving.
