Ingredients
can of campbell's healthy request cream of mushroom soup, campbell's french onion soup, can of mushrooms, stems and pieces, 1 cup of red wine.
Directions
Place 2.5 lb beef roast in the crock pot, mix ingredients and pour over beef, cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with noodles or mashed potatoes. Calories do not include noodles or mash pototatoes. Serves 8.
