Chicken, Veggies, & Tortellini

Ingredients
1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into chunks1 c thinly sliced onions14 oz Italian style diced tomatoes, undrained1 c FF chicken broth2 green peppers, cut into 1" pieces1 c sliced mushrooms9 oz package refrigerated tortellini
Directions
Use 3 split chicken breasts & cut away 1 lb chicken meat; cut into chunks. Brown chicken in a no-stick pan; remove when done. Add onions to pan; sauté until tender. Return chicken to pan; add tomatoes, broth, mushrooms, & peppers; bring to boil. Add tortellini; return to boil & reduce heat. Cover; simmer 5-8 min.
