Pumpkin Apple Bread

Ingredients
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour1/4 Cup Sugar1 Teas. Baking Powder1/2 Teas. Baking Soda1/2 Teas. Salt1 Teas. Pumpkin Pie Spice1 Large Egg1 Cup Low-Fat Buttermilk1 Apple, peeled and diced fine or grated1/2 Cup Pumpkin PureeConfectioner's Sugar for Dusting when cool
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick spray.

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice. In a small bowl, beat the egg; add buttermilk, apple and pumpkin puree. Pour over the flour mixture and beat until just blended (be careful not to overmix). Spoon into the loaf pan. Bake 1 to 1-1/4 Hrs, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in the pan on a rack 10 min; remove from pan and cool completely. Dust w/ confectioner's sugar.
