Coffee Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1 frozen banana (peeled and broken into chunks before freezing)1 cup frozen strawberries1/2 packet of Starbucks Via instant coffee1 cup of Silk Lite Chocolate soy milklarge pinch of cinnamon1/2 tsp vanilla extract__________________2 heaping Tbsp Protein Powder1 large handful of fresh spinach or kale2 Tbsp Flax oil1 serving liquid Vitamin D
Directions
Combine all ingredients in Vitamix.
Slowly turn up the power all the way.
Jab with tamper until smooth.

Makes 2 servings.

*Most of the fat comes from the flax seed oil and the protein powder. Both can be omitted.
