Almond Butter Raw Cookies

1/2 c. All Natural Raw Almond Butter1/4 c. Agave Nectar1/2 tsp. Vanilla extractDash of salt1/2 c. Almonds ground1 tbs. Carbo chips1/4 c. Unsweetened almond Milk (only if your almond butter isn't soft enough when in food processor.)
Combine the almond butter, agave,vanilla, almond milk, & salt in a food processor fitted with the S blade and process until smooth.
Transfer to a small bowl and freeze for 30 minutes.
Form into 1 inch balls and flatten slightly. Roll each cookie in the ground almonds and add carbo chips (I use just one chip each, but can afford to use more if wanted) and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Store in a sealed container in the freezer for up to one month.
